Fee Payment

All fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your offer letter. Fees can be paid via bank transfer (Revolut or Wise), credit/debit card via our website, or in person at the school office. Deposit

A deposit of £1,000 is required to secure your place and will be deducted from your total tuition fee. This deposit is non-refundable except in the circumstances set out below.

Non-Refundable Administrative Charge

An administrative charge of £500 is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or cancellation. This charge covers the cost of processing your application, issuing your offer letter and any associated administrative work.

Refund Schedule

Withdrawal before course commencement: Full tuition fee refunded minus the non-refundable £500 administrative charge. Withdrawal within the first 2 weeks of the course: 50% of the remaining tuition fee refunded, after deduction of the £500 administrative charge. Withdrawal after 2 weeks of the course: No refund will be issued.

Visa Refusal Refund

If a student's visa application is refused by the Home Office, a refund of tuition fees will be issued minus the non-refundable administrative charge of £500, upon receipt of the official visa refusal letter from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, bereavement or other exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the School Manager. Supporting documentation will be required in all cases.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 28 working days of the approved request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or bank account. The full Refund of Fees Policy is available to download below.
